bro, we didn’t even have a room service. There was a bunch of ********** and **** heads walking outside. They were up at like four in the morning arguing. Our freaking pillows were dirty and the sheet was dirty. They gave us a freaking sheet as a cover and then when we asked for a comforter, they told us don’t get it dirty like what the heck the microwave kept getting locked I guess because you have to unlock the microwave. The freaking shower was also dirty and once again we didn’t even have room service. I left for one night and my bed was dirty in the morning like what the heck and we also saw a roach.

Place under renovation, understandable. But, I waited over 10 minutes for Jarod to come to the front desk to greet me and check in. I was about to leave!
The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why?
The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door.
The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready?
The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness.
I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.

The gal that was working, the desk was nice and respectful however, she was delayed to assist and didn’t seem to care that we felt uncomfortable. When we pulled up to the location, it was off a dirt road. The advertisements provided online and through ******* were false. The amenities were false. It was not in a well lit area. The lights that you pull up under to go check in were flickering and barely working. There was cockroaches and spiders in our room, mold and extreme dust in the bedroom. We had no blankets and our deadbolt to our room had been broken previously, and it was very noticeable that it was not securely able to work. We did ask for our deposit back which the front desk did oblige too, and I did go through ******* and told them my experience and they did refund me with no issues but the advertisements online and through ******* along with the reviews over the last five months of a supposed remodel and amenities are false and it is the worst place in experience I’ve ever had in my life. There were people there that made you uncomfortable and stared at you and followed you around. I will never go back to any days inn ever in my life. It was actually disgusting and humiliating and degrading. If they have new owners like the reviews say I hope that they figure it out because I feel like this situation should be illegal or it should be made into an apartment complex for those people that stay consistently because it look like people lived there.

千万别定,还没办法退房
酒店位置离高速公路很近,这是唯一的优点。其他方面都一塌糊涂。凌晨1点10分入住时,房间感觉像个桑拿房。空调据说开到最大了,一个小时后我还在大汗淋漓。打电话给前台反映空调问题(没有解决),前台服务员到房间感受了一下,为不便道歉。那个1912年的窗式空调吹出来的是半冷的风,勉强能用。房间里还有虫子(蟑螂)。地毯很脏,床架和床裙看起来像恐怖电影里的场景。微波炉看起来像是30年前弗莱迪和杰森谋杀了一些动物后留下的,完全没有清洗或更换的痕迹。冰箱需要除霜和清洗。冰柜因为之前溢出的东西没有清理干净,已经变了色。关于质量问题和建筑急需翻新,我可以说上三天三夜。211房间简直是一团糟,酒店老板/经理应该感到羞耻。尤其是在我因为弄脏了床单(可乐洒在了他们“米白色”的床单上)而被收取了53.50美元之后,真是厚颜**。0颗星,我绝对不推荐!最糟糕的是我甚至都没拍照。但我也不想再回忆那段恶心的经历了。
