We brought a fan to your room as a temporary solution and offered a room change, which you declined. We are available 24 hours so we can fix any issue that may arise during our guests stay.As for the 20 euros in cash as guarantee; we offer private parking spots right next to our hotel, and to get into the parking you need a key-card, which is what we require the deposit for. Our guests are in no means obligated to leave any deposit for their stay; it's only needed for the extra service that is the parking.We are sorry your experience wasn't ideal with us, and we hope we get the chance to welcome you again so we can better it and meet your expectations.
