Clean and helpful
The hotel was clean and convenient for my needs, especially given my handicap. I wished there were real coffee cups and drinking cups available, but the housekeeper helped me by providing plastic cups. The TV had multiple channels, and the bathtub was clean, while the room itself was generally tidy. I want to express my gratitude for this decision; it has been a positive experience. I even decided to extend my stay for an additional night.

Will stay again if i get the same treatment
It was comfortable and clean and quiet i definitely will stay again as long as they keep up the good work...the only thing that i didn't like was the toilet it flashing handle was broke...

False advertising… roaches… bad hospitality policies for room service for guess…..they don’t clean nor provide services to guests that stay less then a week

Room required cleaning and updates
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The pictures are from room 346. The shower rod that was literally falling out of the wall and the refrigerator. Went to go speak to management multiple times to see about getting a new room and could never find anyone finally gave up at 11 PM and just stayed in the room for the night.

Smoke alarm kept going off upon entry, staff member was not very helpful due to having no knowledge of anything other than informing her manager of our concerns, previous attendants smoked in room and tampered with smoke alarm, elevator was inoperable, and someone HAULKED a big glob on spit in the stairwell that we had to use to travel to and from 1st and 2nd floor.
