我是携程的忠实客户。这次通过携程预订了西雅图故乡工作室汽车旅馆，入住了5天，但由于以下原因，我以后绝不会再选择这家酒店，也会劝告身边的人不要预订：
1. 浴室灯坏了无法打开，后来才进行了维修。
2. 房间整体状况脏乱、陈旧，暖气风扇盘管的盖子也早就掉了。
3. 浴室里没有杯子，冰箱里也没有基本的饮用水。
4. 入住最后一个晚上，我停在停车场的摩托车手机支架被偷了（向前台报案后，他们只说没有监控，让我在一张纸上写了几行失窃经过，并说之后会由经理调查，但至今没有任何后续处理）。
如果您不挑剔，这家酒店还行，但我们一家人住了一晚就退房了，因为床单上有污渍。
安静而美好的地方
我两次向接待处要求打扫房间，但都没有人理会。床和毛巾从未更换过。我不得不回到接待处去提出请求。主人很马虎，床很吵，门把手也需要注意。
我在入住前将近四周就预订了这间房间。抵达后，我被告知周一至周五上午9点至下午5点会停水。工作人员表示很抱歉，因为她没有打电话询问我是否可以接受。
酒店目前正在进行一些施工，所以电梯等设施暂时无法使用，如果您需要帮助，只需咨询一楼的房间即可。酒店很棒。房间内配有冰箱、炉灶和微波炉。除了施工之外，酒店整体不错，而且距离西雅图国际机场和租车点也相当近。
床垫很脏，很不舒服。
住宿期间每天不提供饮用水，应该得到补偿。能听到隔壁单位的每一声脚步声和动物的叫声
我知道他们人手不足。现在那里有安保。晚上仍然有无家可归的人在楼梯井附近。楼上的人很吵。只要他们不断改进，这里就会成为一个很棒的住所。
价格还不错。
酒店略显陈旧，略显破败。但地理位置优越，方便长期入住。我们是在乘游轮前入住的，开车去码头区有点远。当地人告诉我们，不要背对行李，因为行李很快就会丢失。酒店周围甚至连酒店后面的小树林里都有人整晚闲逛。对于短期住宿来说，这里还算不错。
