I want to start this by saying the check in process was good. The ladies working were very kind and welcoming. The room though was absolutely disgusting and it’s more than housekeeping can fix. There were no toiletries in the room. All night long there are multiple dogs barking. Mildew smell and the bathrooms were horrible. There were rips in carpet. It just seems like this hotel isn’t up to par and it’s sad because there is some potential for it to be a nice place.

The computers were down so check in process was slow was checked in by staff calling someone on their cell phone. Room completely smelled of old cigarettes. Ceiling in the shower had mold. Carpet had stains.
