Did not use pool due to time constraints. Looked nice and hot tub also available. Off season so no swim up bar etc. Rooms clean, comfortable. Bed comfortable. View from balcany over looking lake very peaceful and beautiful. Bar good and patio overlooming water outside bar was great. Staff extremely pleasant and professional. Not plush or fancy but we weren't looking for that. Room service food was overcooked and not worth the price. We did enjoy our stay and would come again but go out to eat or order Door Dash.

The views are absolutely incredible! The attention was professional and friendly, and the location couldn’t be better, justo a few meters from the lake. The pools are beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

I recommend going on weekend days because we went Sunday-Tuesday and all the amenities were not available

前台服务也挺好，房间很大很大，正对湖面，环境非常美，白天出门走几分钟就到湖边，拍照美美的。游泳池也很大，还有层次，拍照也很上镜，是个度假和办婚礼的好地方。
就是餐厅服务有点敷衍，上汤不带汤勺，餐巾布上都是污渍，服务员漫不经心。其他都挺好，还是值得推荐的！

所有员工的服务都非常专业。酒店设施很棒，干净整洁，维护得也很好。食物很好吃，上菜也很及时。我向所有想找一个放松身心、员工服务又好的酒店的人推荐这里。
这度假村简直太棒了！餐厅、泳池和水疗一应俱全，你完全不需要出门。不过，最让我印象深刻的还是这里的服务。工作人员总是那么热情周到，对每位客人都照顾得无微不至，真的是超乎预期。
他们家的餐厅和酒吧也很棒！食物美味，酒吧也随时开着，随时都能点到喝的！
唯一的小小不满就是，当时人不多，餐厅就提前关门了……我能理解，但总感觉有点被催着走的意思。不过也没关系啦，我们很乐意去别的酒吧，这样工作人员也能早点下班，毕竟当时也只有我们两个人。
房间比预期的要老旧，尤其是浴室。需要提供常规的咖啡机，而不是大堂里的咖啡机和房间里的Nespresso咖啡机。食物本可以弥补这些不足，但质量很差。行李员很棒（给他们五星好评！）。景色很美。以后不会再入住这家酒店了。
