Stayed here to attend local F1 race south of Austin and everything was price-jacked, and this was moderately reasonable in price so chose it.
Property is dated. No dishes, utensils, etc. for the kitchenette. Room was acceptably clean except for leftover food from a prior guest in fridge.
We were provided two worn bathtowels and two washclothes for two people, one thin bar of handsoap, one bathmat and one roll of toilet paper.
On the plus side, there was barely any internal or external noise (property is on highway frontage).
Exterior parking area was a bit sketchy. A car up on a jackstand and a couple of possibly homeless people wandering around.
