I love staying at motel 6 because i can travel with my pets. But this one may just kill me. Moving across the country and needed a motel 6 with access straight to my room due to 2nd and 3rd degree burns to my feet. Called around found this one, told them my injuries and was told they had me a room. OMG NO! My husband had to unpack our car to find our suitcase so we can layer up to try and not catch anything. Nastiest place I've ever seen

一走进去就闻到一股烟味和宠物异味,让人很不舒服。房间里只有两条毛巾(不是浴巾)。两张床的床单都有污渍。家具看起来就像是别人不要的旧货。电视屏幕有雪花点。浴缸生锈了。浴室排气扇也坏了。绝对不会推荐这家酒店。
他们需要更好地打扫房间,并确保房间里有毛巾、肥皂、卫生纸,当然还有垃圾桶。吸烟房肯定需要烟灰缸。他们的清洁人员需要使用专业的清洁用品,并对房间进行适当的消毒。
我在房间里发现了一根用过的针头,浴室的灯也坏了。我要求换个房间再住一晚,却被告知如果想再住一晚,就得付三晚房费的两倍。
我们通过 Priceline 预订,但遇到了汽车故障,需要联系 6 号汽车旅馆,让他们知道我们将在凌晨 2 点之后入住。我们最初的预订是 6/16。 6 号汽车旅馆的前台服务员说没问题,她会记下来,并立即从我的卡上收取了 87 美元的费用。凌晨 4:45 到达后,夜间前台服务员说我们的预订被取消了,并再次与我们聊了一晚。他们把我们安排在吸烟室,因为这是他们最后一个房间。浴缸没有排水塞。现在请注意,我首先联系了 Priceline,他们的应答机器人给了我一个电话号码,我被搁置了 15 分钟。因此我直接给 6 号汽车旅馆打电话,并得到保证我们仍然会保留预订。酒店本身又破又脏。这是一次相当令人失望的经历,因为 6 号汽车旅馆和 Priceline 都缺乏客户服务。
