Room provided had not been cleaned from previous guest. Staff was not present at the window for over 15 mins. There were no more rooms available. I have not yet received my refund.
Horrible experience, given I was checking in at midnight, when my room should have been ready at 3pm.

Room was not stocked up and no one came to clean during our stay the toilet clogged and after telling the staff no one was sent to get it to drain when I tried to see why I found several syringes in the reservoir of the toilet also advised staff about it and was told to simply just leave them alone and don't touch them

Asked for a non smoking room, room we received reeked of cigarettes. Unknown body fluid stains on the bedsheets and bathroom appliances. Feces on the toilet seat. Unknown dark stains on ceiling, going to give the benefit of the doubt and say it's tobacco and not mold

Good proximity to Ameristar ****** and freeway system. TV didn't work. Housekeeper's child knocking on my door and playing with rocks next to my car. He also kept peeking into my window. Faucet wasn't tightened onto sink at all. Gap in door, allowing bugs to come in easily. Faulty AC system. Cold air, but very humid. Smelled like smoke in room. Front desk not answering phone. Had to drive to office to address my concerns. This is the worst lodging experience I've ever had. Checked out at 4 am just so I could drive home because I hated it so much.

酒店员工骚扰我11岁的女儿,而且她根本不是预订上的人名,还威胁要报警把她赶出去,理由是她不在预订名单上,但他们网站明明写着孩子免费入住。我们入住前两天刚经历了一场火灾,所有财产付之一炬,我真不想再添堵了。
一走进去就闻到一股烟味和宠物异味,让人很不舒服。房间里只有两条毛巾(不是浴巾)。两张床的床单都有污渍。家具看起来就像是别人不要的旧货。电视屏幕有雪花点。浴缸生锈了。浴室排气扇也坏了。绝对不会推荐这家酒店。
他们需要更好地打扫房间,并确保房间里有毛巾、肥皂、卫生纸,当然还有垃圾桶。吸烟房肯定需要烟灰缸。他们的清洁人员需要使用专业的清洁用品,并对房间进行适当的消毒。
我在房间里发现了一根用过的针头,浴室的灯也坏了。我要求换个房间再住一晚,却被告知如果想再住一晚,就得付三晚房费的两倍。
