I called in advance after booking my room and was told by the facility that my room would still be available. I was driving in from St. Louis and hit traffic on the way into KC. Prior to my arrival they gave my room away even though I booked it in advance. Completely unprofessional!

Most uncomfortable bed ever. Sour smell permeated the building. Overall lack of maintenance alarming (toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor!). Left one night early to go to different lodging even without a refund.

Floor in lobby and area leading to elevator was dirty. Lobby area had a smokey odor. Hallways not pleasant odor. Bathroom floor vinyl was curling up away from tub. Kitchenette faucet was a bit loose. Shower had some soap scum on wall.
