Cash deposit for room. Very unusual. Then had to wait while room was inspected and claimed we were missing a towel.

The mattress cover on mattress was filthy and had blood stains on it, electrical outlet was exposed, fart fan in bathroom was very noisy couldn't be used, hair dryer didn't work, the shelving inside the fridge was broken. The front desk clerk never mentioned the time frames for breakfast and English was not understandable.

Room was clean. AC was temperamental and didn't work all the time. "Breakfast" was coffee, and if there were any store-bought muffins left.

The bedding had some kind of black stains, and the curtains were ripped down slightly, not to mention the vent next to the hot tub was absolutely disgusting

CLean linens. Water pressure in shower and water 🚿 was just right. A bit of a funky smell to the place

Booked the jacuzzi room and glad I did. It filled with quickly and it was more than hot enough. Bed was comfortable and clean. Only are lacking in my opinion is the tv, it was small and the sound wasn’t great. All in all I would stay again for sure.
