Nobody reads the one star reviews, but this is truly a one star dump of a hotel. At check-in, the clerk wanted to keep my driver’s license to make sure I checked out the next morning. Like hell. (Seriously, is that legal - and do they have a problem with people overstating their reservation in this sewer of a motel). No sheets on the bed, the TV didn’t work, and it’s in the worst area. The warning on the room key sleeve says it all. It must be owned by a slumlord who occasionally writes his own favorable reviews on Trip Advisor.
