Room was clean. Pet friendly and people friendly. Easy wood floors. Very easy to walk pets. Dedicated area.....close to restaurants and shopping . Dogs were a little scared of the open stairs .... Request 1st floor with pets.

When we first arrived, we didn’t think much of it obviously it’s a motel so there was not much we were expecting from it. After we checked in and was able to get into the room, me and my partner always check the sheets in case of bedbugs or anything else we stayed in a two queen bedroom while checking we noticed there was only one of the top sheets on one of the beds, and the other one was missing the other sheet were stained, and like they already were slept in when we lifted the fitted sheets there was blood in all types of colored stains. We had to walk all the way down back to the office since the phone for the room didn’t work was honestly just there for show. The guy at the office told us that someone will come with sheets to the room after two minutes of being back in the room. What we think was the manager came in and got on the phone started yelling and giving us bad looks he only replaced one of the sheets on one of the beds and told us to sleep on that one. We told them that we paid for multiple nights and we need fresh sheets and new towels, which were also missing me and my partner had to clean the bathroom in order to simply pee because the toilet was filthy. You look up at the ceiling and I am not no expert, but that was black mold, very black all over the bathroom ceiling and walls, extending into the bedroom, the curtains were also stained. he told us to go to the office and the guy gave us a refund due to “no more clean sheets” for guest.

After an 8 hour drive, and arriving at 2:30pm, had hoped for an early check in. Concierge said to come back in 20 minutes.
Room- stains on the sheets. Regardless of being 2 star, not clean in this regard.
Shower was good heat though and beds were comfortable.

The room and bed themselves were ok. The problem with it was the bathroom and the mold in the shower, can see the dirt on the plastic walls, as well as the mold in the shower, there was mold on the ce the room smell like mold. The AC i set at 65 to try to get fresh air, which didn't help. Oh and the toilet was nasty with not sure if rings from the water but it needs a major scrub or replacement. It looks as if they tried to update the room with newer flooring, they should have focused the bathroom.

Room could use a deep cleaning, lots of mildew buildup on things like facets and shower curtain. Comfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows. Was able to check in early. Heater started making noise after first day so didn’t use it. Room is quiet, but with the wind make sure you dead bolt it so it doesn't blow open.

我入住的时候换了两次房间。房间很脏,厕所很糟糕,床边还放着卫生纸。我入住的那间第二天就干净整洁了。第三天,他们进来了,留下了不属于我的垃圾,还用了厕所,把所有东西都弄得满是尿液,臭气熏天。
