We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was very clean, the staff was fantastic, and there were plenty of choices for breakfast to start our day. Parking area is small so that can be a bit tricky, but staff is good about helping you find a place if the lot is full.

We have stayed at this property off and on ever since it was built. It needs up dating but over all is well kept. My main complaint was the smell. Our room smelled musty old air, like you find on older hotels, stale. Maybe it is the room air handler?

When we arrived didn't know we had pets. Had assigned us a not pet friendly room. Clerk called her boss and after conversation she said my boss is not happy about this at all. Next morning boss was working. Went to pay again heard about the room assigment crap again and she advised me it would be easier for them if we just call and book directly with them. She knows it's a little more expensive but so much easier for them when we arrive. Am I wrong but isn't the business there to make it as pleasant as possible for the guest? These 2 women need an inservice on making the customer feel welcome not like they caused a big problem by booking a room. I wanted to let them know how they were coming across but figured it would be a waste of my time. Thank you!

酒店回复: Ronald,The hotel only has certain rooms that are pet friendly and the room that you booked with a 3rd party site was not. The 3rd party site also, doesn't let us know that you are bringing a pet. ( under the ammenities on that site it does not say that we are pet friendly) thats why we didn't know you were bringing your pet until you arrived otherwise we would have called you and let you know that the room you booked was not pet frienly. We only have x amount of rooms that are because of other people who may have allergies and such. We also don't have any control with the room you booked online . If you book direct we have all the control and can better accomidate all of your needs.

This is an amazing property! Lucy was so kind yesterday welcoming us, and other guests who just stepped out of the rain storm, to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed here just about every year at the end of July for several years and we recommend staying here.
My check in experience was horrible. The person at the desk didn’t acknowledge us until they said “checking in?” To the desk. There were many people in the lobby and I wasn’t sure she was talking to me so I asked if they were talking to me and that’s when the attitude developed. Zero customer service and she forgot to load our door cards so I had to go back to the desk to tell her that the cards don’t work and she acted as though she was mad at me. She just loaded the cards and handed them back to me without a word. I stopped back a little later to ask for a cup and all I got was a nasty stare until I asked if she had any cups I could get. Extremely rude to me.
