The shower had no seal, so every time we used it the entire bathroom got flooded. The room had only an internal view, and the air conditioning fans were extremely noisy – it was impossible even to open the window. We complained and asked to be moved to another room, but we were completely ignored. The reception was practically never staffed, and when we finally spoke with the manager, he admitted that the shower seal had been ordered but would take time to arrive. When we asked why the room was rented out if they knew it was defective, he just shrugged his shoulders! The TV doesn’t allow you to watch Netflix or other streaming services without extra equipment. Overall, a huge disappointment – for the money paid, the quality was absolutely not acceptable. Even the rental bikes were in very poor condition, almost all broken. The hotel staff seemed completely uninterested in the guests’ needs.

We had 12 days here and it was an excellent choice. Everybody is so helpful and friendly from the receptionists to the lovely team of cleaning ladies. Our apartment was 42m2 with a balcony of 15m2. Perfect for the two of us. A large refrigerator was very welcome for all our needs. The pool at Villa d’Este hotel 200m away was great to be able to use. Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel, and will certainly come back here when we return to Grado. Mille grazie!
