Pretty nice, especially for a motel 6. Internet went out for pretty much the entire time I was there but my coworker was at a separate hotel with the same issue so I am pretty positive the motel couldn't have done anything about it. I do wish they were better about keeping me informed on what was going on though, considering I asked them to. Overall good stay no complaints really.

It is close to the aquarium and had a view of the bridge from our room. The lighting in our room was harsh. I had to lay a sweater over the bed lamp to make it tolerable. Parking is tight and small. It is clean, but dated.

I have stayed there twice before and I was pretty happy with it for the price. This time, not so. 1st room was tiny and reeked of bleach. Requested new room. Same tiny room. No place to put luggage. When I sought a luggage carrier: too bad, so sad response. Put your luggage on the floor. (I'm 72.) No chance! On the 2nd day my key card didn't work. Same receptionist. Still rude to me. Suspect she deactivated key card. Only 1 luggage carrier. Had to make 3 trips to get luggage downstairs. Never again.

This is the third time I stayed at the hotel. As usual the room is pretty nice and clean. There is no AC, just heating. But that is all you need at the coast since the weather doesn't really get hot. The one thing I groan about is the running water in the toilet. They should fix that because it's wasting a lot of water.

We had a beautiful room. The only disappointment was that the gas fireplace did not work. We were close to the bay, restaurants and tourist activities. Housekeeping supplied us with whatever we needed.

I hate it when you walk into a room and it smells like bleach, you just have to ask, what happened in here? to credit, they did change my room on asking. I would not stay here again, or any Motel 6, worst of the worst in price compa. Newport Travelodge is much better!

Everything was very grimy. Only one staff member was nice. Bathroom in our room smelled horrible. The fridge was very loud and high pitched sounding. Uncomfortable bed

I had a problem with an adjoining room leaving their bathroom fan on. Very loud and vibrating wall that my bed was against. Started at 6pm. By 930 I call front desk. Theyll check into it. Near 10:00 I call desk. Theyll call the cell phone of people. By 1130 this awful noise is still going on. Third time call desk
They say since that room doesnt answer they must be sleeping. He made it clear with that statement my sleep doesnt matter. When I checked out at 0700 fan was still going. I cancelled my second night there.
