The hotel strives to provide accurate information and smooth check-in experiences, and this feedback will be shared to improve future stays. Your comments about the room and noise considerations have been noted and while it is true the bed was on the smaller side, your bathroom was very large and luxurious looking. The Hotel was fully sold out for the weekend and while w wanted to be able to accomodate an upgrade on your room reservation, we were unbale to due to occupancy. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, we do hope we can host you again in the future.
