We hav had temporarily unoperating lifts but there has always been an alternative available lift in every case. For instance, for the lift to / from the Reestaurant, we have the service lift, that does the same way. For any lift in blocks 1 until 4, we always have another lift in the other end of every block. We keep working on maitainning our facilities in fully operational conditions. Thank you very much.Kind regards.

The fact there are so many open areas at our facility causes the sun hits on tiles for many hours every day. It can cause some tiles to be loose, but we are keeping an eye on it and working on it on a daily basis. The hotel is 22 years old and it has not been fully renovated, so the style of bathrooms can be a bit old considering its age. We keep working on mantainning our facilites in operating conditions. 酒店非常漂亮,可以看到美丽的海景,但是由于酒店几乎位于山顶,所以有很多楼梯,每栋建筑共有 6 栋,每栋 4 层,每栋建筑的顶部都有电梯,但是很多时候电梯不工作,经常发生故障。
早上好,我们在酒店度过了愉快的时光……房间很舒适,食物很棒,而且每天都有服务。如果我再去加那利群岛,我一定会再次入住这里。
很想再来这里
我们一家五口二月份在这里度过了非常愉快的时光。食物多样又美味。可以喝。清洁工作做得很好,床也不错。方便乘坐免费巴士往返美丽的海滩和楼下的水上乐园。工作人员很乐于助人、令人愉快。宽敞的家庭房,可欣赏美丽的景色,直至日落入海。
对于我们来说,电梯故障带来了很多问题。我们和一位腿脚不好的人一起乘坐,所以这对我们来说是个大问题。我们住在这家酒店 9 天,通往餐厅的电梯只有 2 天能用(上下需要爬四层楼梯)。通往泳池区的电梯也是一样。积极的一面是,它清洁得很干净,食物也无可挑剔。事实上,这是我们去过的最好的全包酒店之一。晚上的娱乐活动也是一大亮点。遗憾的是直到中午 12 点左右酒店才有阳光。酒店有点破旧,但总体来说非常好。

住得很愉快。全包。食物很美味,而且品种丰富。餐厅工作人员服务意识很强。房间很破旧,尤其是浴室,多年来缺乏维护。在酒店周围散步时,发现有很多松动和破损的瓷砖。显然他们没有定期维护系统。否则约。步行1公里即可到达市中心。通往市中心的道路上有很多垃圾

看完评论后,来到这家酒店真是一个惊喜。我们认为这家酒店并不像许多人写的那样破旧。
积极的是有很多日光浴床的大型泳池区。缺点是太阳直到11.30才出现。
最糟糕的是食物。食物无味而且种类很少。感觉像是适应了英国快餐。一年前在塔乌里托的其他酒店之一住过,那里的食物要好得多。
酒店很不错,就是有点旧。
房间的位置非常糟糕...虽然景色很壮观,但要乘坐 3 部电梯并爬很多楼梯才能到达,非常不方便。
就像在加勒比海一样。
享受大加那利岛阳光和炎热的好地方,无忧无虑,全天供应食物和饮料。特别值得一提的是接待处的 Airam,让我们的住宿体验变得完美,并且始终关心我们的舒适度。不要忘记房间清洁女孩以及所有餐厅和海滩酒吧的工作人员。
