Well, they said the hot tub wasn’t working so they gave us a room with a hot tub in it. There was no hot water. They give us another room. It wasn’t the greatest

If you are wanting to use the hot tub or water slide, THEY ARE OUT OF USE. For a couple of months apparently, yet they still advertise that they are available We were only told the hot tub was closed, after we checked in!! That was the reason we picked this hotel, because it had a big hot tub and we were there for a relaxing family weekend. There were also no towels in the pool area and they definately need more chairs around the pool. The arm chairs in our queen 1 bedroom suite were very dirty and run down and the bathroom tap had no pressure and very little hot water. The 2nd room we booked had no light in the bathroom, and when we asked them to change the bulb they said the fixture was broken. For the price we paid, we were not impressed with the place. Would not stay here again.

staff was very rude upon checkin. She gave our room to another customer. She did provide us with an ulternative. She said it wasnt her problem and we should not book with a third party.

The bathroom was a bit dingy, Idk if it was the caulk discoloration or stains from hard water. Other then that, everything else was average, it was a place to lay our heads for the night as we pass through.

When we entered our room the light didn't work, then my husband went and used the restroom and when he tried to dry his hands the towel bar fell to the floor with the towel on it, the lid on the air unit was busted off, and to top it all off... I was charged random amounts on my debit card every single day we were there even though the room was paid for a month in advance. We eventually got our money back, but it was nearly $300 dollars taken and then put on a hold all weekend long, so we couldn't use any of that money.😔

Was under construction when we arrived, didn't notice anything in particular. Had to change rooms as the first had a broken fridge, was transferred with no hastle. New room had no wall mount thermostat, heater did not stop all night, second night we turned it off, the cold air getting through the unit affected the thermostat on the unit. Cracked tiles in main hallway, pool tiles looked in need of scrubbing. Has gone downhill in the last few years as this was our go to hotel but likely the last time we stay.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. The first room we were in was very cold and they moved us to another room. We were disappointed that there was no airport shuttle. The website from ******* which we booked through said there was a shuttle to the airport and that was why we chose it. You should change the website.
