Loved our stay. Found everything clean and staff was wonderful.
My only complaint was that I found the pillow hard. No soft choice.

I asked for a quiet room at check in due to being a light sleeper. I was told that since I booked through ******* they only had one room they could put me in. My room was located right next to the elevator, which was disruptive.

I do know how noisy hotels can be and we are usually a quiet hotel, so I do apologize for the inconvenience for you. Not everything is walkable but you can get to several places by walking if you want, including a great walking trail around a large well maintained city park.

Great except for bathroom maintenance
The room was clean and in good order. There wasn't enough toilet paper or tissues. The toilet had issues filling after a flush, and was horribly noisy when it did. The tub didn't drain well, and the shower head was horribly noisy when in use. If the toilet and shower weren't so bad, it would have been a great stay.

I checked in late and staff was pleasant, first room shade would not close so moved to another room, room was clean and well maintain

I wish the kitchen had utensils. There were no mugs or glasses. It was nice to have a kitchen but all the other hotels with such kitchens have utensils and coffee mugs, a pan to cook in, plates to eat on.
