Property was ok, but our room had a very bad smell and I brought it up to the front desk staff and they didn’t seem to care. Then the next day our shower would not drain and the tub filled completely with water. Shampoo fell off the shower wall and onto my foot while showering. It was cleanish, but I feel like it could have had better upkeep and definitely more attention to detail.

Room was fine. Bathtub needed a redo. The breakfast had limited supply. There was a crowd of people and not enough food for everyone. I think they need more help to accommodate based on hotel guests.

Everything was great…. Except the pillows , it was like sleeping on clouds and not in a good way. Absolutely no support , no matter how many of them I stacked. I highly recommend bringing your own pillow. Other than that, we loved the place

我们来是为了在对面的慈爱医院照看刚出生的孙辈，所以酒店位置对我们来说绝佳。 有一天早上有点街上的噪音，但并不是持续性的。房间很干净，员工很友好，早餐是典型的酒店早餐。 我们肯定会再来住，即使不是为了医院。
房间里的小厨房很棒。他们每隔一天才打扫一次房间，这意味着没有新毛巾，床也不会铺。垃圾桶里也没有垃圾袋了（万豪政策），如果房间每隔一天才打扫一次，那体验就有点不尽人意了。
酒店很一般，前台大妈态度不是很好
位置还可以。房间看起来干净程度一般。卫生纸薄得像纸一样，肥皂和洗发水也稀得像水，让我离开房间时感觉很脏。沙发床太差劲了，我们都不让12岁的孩子睡。弹簧硌得腰疼。虽然看起来都很干净，但感觉很廉价，住在这里感觉很廉价。房间里的咖啡机坏了，感觉没必要去投诉。前妻抱怨床边的空调噪音太大，而且整晚都在不停地开关，影响了睡眠。不过，早餐还不错。华夫饼很受欢迎，但燕麦粥和肥皂、洗发水一样，都太稀了。鸡蛋和香肠还算可以。没有切片面包，不过他们提供英式松饼和百吉饼。员工非常友好。这次入住体验最棒的地方就是他们都很友善。写完剩下的评论让我感觉很不好意思。如果以后有更好的选择，我可能不会再住这家酒店了。勉强能用，但达不到我的标准，感觉不值这个价。
