We found this Bradford Ascend hotel exceptional. The room we had was a spacious accommodation that includes an island with bar stools, all new appliances, bedding,bathroom and flooring. I would stay here again just to reward the owners for the investment they are making in this property. The downside for my wife was entry from outside to the room, however everything is well lit and secure with roving security.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked the two beds with the pull out couch. We received a room with two beds only. We showed the guy our confirmation email and he didn’t care a bit. Said he had nothing. As soon as we walked in to check in. The guy that was working started complaining about how he got wrote up for the day as soon as he got there. We had no trash cans in our room. The guy at the desk told us he didn’t have any and handed us a trash bag. We wanted a refund but he denied it. We will never stay there again and we visit Springfield a lot for our kids sporting stuff. Very dissatisfied
