Room was ok, clean. Check in process was fast and easy. Staff were decent. However I gave this a two star review simply because the hallway smelled of strong urine.

Bedroom smelled very bad. Smell of old stuff. Also we booked two rooms on ******* when we show up at the hotel they said that there’s system showing only one room booked. We showed our ******* reservation, which showing two rooms and they in return showed us screen on their and showing on the one room at the end. They found one extra room, but it was a close call.

Roach in the bathroom. Too many men loitering outside. Entry was littered with cigarette butts. Other hotel guest was pound in the entry. Quoted price was different than the charge at the hotel. I am requesting a ‘roach refund’.

******* showed it had breakfast it did NOT, late check in.... was told to use phone in between doors, use ext 500, was NOT correct. No hygiene was included in the room either. Long term stay would have been ideal, but traveling through NOT RECOMMENDED. Personally, unless im staying long term, I wouldnt go back.

No frill lots of chills
The bed was broken the bottom corner hit the ground if you sat on it. Woke up with bites on my arms and legs. Just over all not a great place to stay. Definitely no frills not even the basics like shampoo conditioner and soap.

I was very unhappy I had to wait 25 mins just for someone to check me in. I understand I got there at 1030 but I don’t understand why no one was at the hotel. It is very very unfair to guests that have to wait that long. I will not be back due to this issue.
