Our room was clean as were the halls in surrounding areas. Breakfast bar was pretty much standard. The room was soooo cold upon entry but better when thermostat adjusted.

The desk clerk a check-in was very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed. The room is clean and seems good. it’s very busy in this area right now so I was lucky to find a room on extremely short notice. Overall very satisfactory.

Breakfast pancake maker was neat! Bed was comfy. Stayed with our two small dogs. The only thing that needed attention was the bathtub needs scouring.

I stay here often. It's my go-to lodging in Springfield. Convenient, easily accessible, restaurants nearby. Check in is easy and streamlined since I stay here regularly.

Super awesome staff!! Our room was clean although I did notice what looked like some mold ontop of the tub/shower wall. But for the cleanliness, amazing staff, and various breakfast options- this was an amazingly priced hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

Will be submitting pictures of my rooms cleanliness. The floor was dirty behind furniture. I even saw spider webs. Electrical outlets were loose and looked unsafe. The outlet behind the nightstand had a lot of dirt and when I wanted to charge my phone, the outlet was very septic in using because of the dirt. The ceiling had cracks in the Sheetrock. Another thing that I found weird was that I had to show my key to eat breakfast.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel besides sleeping and having breakfast. Breakfast was very good with varied choices. The hotel elevator needed a thorough cleaning floors were never vacuumed, doors were filthy with hand peints all over.Our rooms bathroom was clean but it looked like it had previous water damage and the fan was very noisy. You had no option to turn it off, lights and fan were on the same switch. The airconditioner was also very noisy. Even though I didn't spend much time in the room I would spend a few bucks extra to stay somewhere else on my next visit to Springfield Mo.

Liked courtesy of staff, convenience of location, comfortable beds. Breakfast selection was good but eggs were cool. I would definitely stay there again
