Had a death in the family 2 days into a 5 day trip, so I had to leave early. Initially, the hotel said they were going to refund me for 2 days. Then, suddenly, they decided to change their mind and REFUSE to refund me for days that I would not even physically be there. They had no compassion or consideration for the fact that someone in my family passed, and I needed to go home.

My mom booked it not knowing the area. I felt unsafe. The room smelled moldy. I refused to use the shower. When I pulled the covers back there was a scab from someone on the sheet. Not recommended.

Its a new management now we have recently takeover the property and we are working on all the stuff like renovating room, all the amenities in the room
地理位置优越，旁边有星巴克更是一大加分项。
客房服务员说她打扫了房间，但地板是脏的，浴缸看起来也没洗干净，地板下面有积水导致地板湿漉漉的，而且房间里根本没有洗脸毛巾。
一分钱一分货吧。考虑到每晚不到67美元，我的期望值可能不该太高。
位置很好
无烟房的床单上有烟头烫痕，太疯狂了，浴缸和电视柜上也有，闻起来有烟味和霉味。接下来的两晚不能住了，因为我们有小孩，不想让他们整晚都闻到难闻的味道。只退了一晚的房费，因为我们结束一天的行程很晚，很晚才回到酒店。
