This property is in a state of disrepair. First room had door issues, second room smelled musty, had a missing light cover, rusted towel bar, rusted bathroom door, dirty bed skirt. We were exhausted, it was late and could not drive anymore so we were stuck. The employee we encountered was super nice, helpful, and apologetic. Breakfast was not until 7 so too late for us so I cannot comment on that other than that’s way too late.

The staff were very friendly and they were quick to help with any questions/issues I had. The pool was warm, I enjoyed that but the pool room had a little funny odor.

Room was to be cleaned after 3 days. On the 4th day we requested emptying trash and providing fresh towels. Nothing happened!!
On 5th day, got more persistent but still nothing.
Finally about 3:30 on the 5th day, a lady came by and cleaned the bathroom, emptied trash and provided clean towels. Not pleased with housekeeper assigned our room.

When I arrived at the hotel there was no reservation.I made the reservation with you as I have many times before. I paid with my credit card. As before, did it on line. No
Reservation in my name.I showed the confirmation you sent me . Was told it was not
A proper number. Late long day to arrive and be told Zi had no reservation. I showed the print out from you. Was told I had no reservation.Then my wife gets a confirmation
Email at a different email address. She has never used Hotels . Com yet you are sending her a conformation

The condition of the facility needs updating. The doors are very noisy. We had to change rooms as the refrigerator was so frosted the door would not even shut.

Service was good. Our room was not. We had to switch because our shower/bath didn’t work, they were kind and quick about it but our new room smelt like sewage , just wasn’t pleasant.

The room was clean, but the carpet had stains. The bathroom had rust around the door and tub.breakfast was ok, didn’t have coffee ready and kept running out. Staff was friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful however both beds in our room were awful! I believe the box springs were broken, when you laid in the middle of the bed you sunk in and it was very uncomfortable. We had to sleep on the very edge of the bed to keep from falling in.

Decent spot
Staff were super sweet and accommodating. Comfy bed, pretty clean room, decent breakfast. The bathroom had a pretty pungent odor that I couldn't locate, which was alarming. Had to keep the door shut to keep it from entering the room. It didn't appear unclean, maybe the water was the issue? There was also a smoke alarm directly over the bed that flashed all night, and the black out curtains don't really black anything out. I have little kids which is really the only reason any of these things were bothersome. Overall I'd come back, but probably immediately request a different room if the smell was apparent again.
