Only stayed overnight, and we were tired,so maybe hotel was acceptable. But next night we stayed at a Best Western and the service was great.

There were roaches fleas holes cob webs the sheets were nasty left a day early cause my kids and myself were ate up with flea bites

IMO, carpet could use replaced throughout. It was oudated, worn and dirty looking

We left on the first night , linens were dirty on bed, the phone in the room did not work. Smelled dirty.

The rooms are good sized, though my initial room smelled STRONGLY of smoke. They moved me to the room next door, which was better. Everything (bathroom fixtures, walls, door frames, night stands, etc...) literally EVERYTHING was chipped, cracked, scraped, scratched, or dented. There were old wrappers on the coffee table in the seating area when I arrived...which told me it hadn't been cleaned in a bit.
Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was a nice touch. Just a building that needs paint, maintenance, and a good deep cleaning. Then again...you aren't paying the price of a Four Seasons...

The handle on the toliet would not flush, you could see on the carpet where the old furniture was sitting, windows in the hallways stayed open all weekend long.

Good rest stop
Clean, quiet room. In the process of updating to new furniture. Good breakfast.
Convenient location just off I-24.
Many restaurants and shopping places nearby.

I've stayed at other Country inn and suites before and this was by far the worst. Overall condition of the rooms were poor. Not very well maintained.

This hotel needs work. I'm disappointed that the room we had is not even remotely close to what I saw in the photos when I booked. I am losing trust in this booking app. The window curtains are torn. The TV is broken. The screen appears to have received a blunt force impact and is severely damaged. I could not watch tv. The parking lot was full of Dump Trucks and a Semi. I had to squeeze my car into a slot in the back of the property. The pool is closed. They are using it as a staging area filled with furniture. If the hotel is going through renovating, fine. But put that in the listing.

Breakfast had good options, hot and cold. Property was clean, just in need of some updates. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean.
