We were 10 people, booked an apartment with 6 places and another room with 4 places. They were completely unprepared, in the 6 people room there were 5 beds and in the 4 people room were 2 beds and an extremely uncomfortable, crooked, squeaky pull out couch. In the "kitchen" there was nothing working. Only an electric kettle and a couple of glasses, less than the number of people staying there. No cutlery, no plates, it had a stove and oven but not a single pan in sight. The bathroom was extremely tiny and in bad shape, clearly in need of updating. In the 6 people "apartment" there were 2 rooms, which were actually one real bedroom and a bedroom / kitchen / living area, even though it was advertised as 2 seperate bedrooms and a living area with a pull out couch. The pillows were incredibly tough. The 2 people beds were actually 2 singles pushed together. The breakfast was not a buffet as advertised, instead they would prepare a plate for each person. It was exactly the same thing every day. Half a cucumber, half a tomato, 4 cheese pieces, 4 ham or salami pieces, 2 small butter containters and 2 small jam or honey. Sometimes they would forget things off the plates and they were extremely slow to bring them out. You could not eat or drink anything from outside the hotel by the pool, even though we were staying there and there were little to no people at the hotel the whole time we were there. The only positive thing is that they let us jump in the pool, but I think it was partly because it was empty. Overall they were slow, unfriendly, we felt lied to and they were trying to justify why there weren't enough places for 10 people to sleep in the rooms by saying the photos were old (the pull out couches were brought in later at our complaint and they didn't initially bring us bedsheets and pillows, or enough towels for all of us there, don't even get me started on the claim that there was a hairdryer in every room).
