They were so kind and helpful for me and my pets and the sweet housekeeping lady was kind enough to help me get back into my room when I locked myself out due to a late night arrival

We checked in during the daylight and it was obvious there were workers staying there long-term yet we felt safe; however, when the sun started to set things digressed. Full-time resident started coming out smoking cigarettes, sitting in the stairways drinking beer, playing loud music and not your working type. The smoke was so thick in our room at 2am from outside smokers I woke. the non-smoking room filled with cigarette smoke llike our wall-unit AC was sucking it in on us. The other “guests” appeared long term were disrespectful and I suspect government subsidized housing situation.. I was approached by a very scary proposition in the parking lot after hours. I could hear everything outside almost as if amplified through windows and walls. I did not sleep! Do not recommend any families or solo females stay at this property. There is a nice hotel right next to this one so the safety was deceiving in daylight.

This property took me and my dogs in when I had no where to go after Hurricane Helene. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I am grateful for motel 6 for helping me with a roof over my head until I was able to gain employment and find a new home. I have seen where some people have said they didn't like it because there are residents here. The people who are in similar predicament as I have been are good people who are working hard and trying hard. They are friendly and helpful. In a world of Karen's, please take into consideration the situation some have been in since Hurricane Helene. Thank you Motel 6 for helping me and others in need.

They use a toxic chemical to spray for pests in the rooms. Started affecting my breathing so I asked for another room. They said they were booked up. I asked for a refund. They did not want to give me a refund waiting to hear back

I arrived in the lobby and found the Halloween decor very well done and tastefully executed. The front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful and efficient. However when i went to my room I was greeted by a long term resident/tenant emptying his ashtray over the third floor balcony into the growing collection of cigarette butts and trash strewn across the parking lot. Inside, the room had a strong musty odor and the popcorn ceiling was covered with black mold. The bathroom ceiling had a large blister of the popcorn finish that previously filled with water from an upstairs leak and had popped at some point in the past. The front entry door did not have the security latch keeper installed and looked to have been forcibly removed. One of the electrical outlets in the vanity area had a large hole where the neutral connection should have been and was charred in that area. I only stayed in the room long enough to book another hotel for the same night. The front desk person was surprised but also not surprised when I gave her the keycards back so shortly after I had checked in. I find it hard to believe that there could be any kind of health department or code enforcement that would allow this operation to continue. God bless the long term people who call this place home!
