Room was clean, staff was really non existent, which was ok. The breakfast was just small muffins,packaged oatmeal, and breakfast bars. Not much. Overall, it served the purpose of my trip. Just a place to sleep.

Perhaps I’ve become accustomed to nice hotels being awarded a low star rating as opposed to low star hotels receiving a 2 1/2 to 3 star rating, but this place served its purpose, and I actually got a good nights sleep, but it looks nothing like the pictures of the three rooms we had rented. It was a hodgepodge of mismatched furnishings chest of drawers with missing handles and draw faces falling off them, combined with cigarette burned countertops.

As a frequent guest of budget motel rooms, I can confidently say this was one of the best. I stayed for five days, and had no complaints whatsoever ^_^

It was okay
I was relocating and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while I was in the process of vacating my apartment. This ESA was okay. Pros—the AC was good and there were places to eat nearby. Cons—the stove didn’t seem to work and the elevator conked out. This place was okay, but I’ve had better ESAs.

The television was constantly searching for a signal, I had to keep getting my keycard reswiped because after a couple times of going in I’d get locked out.

cockroach problems 8/4 and 8/6
• The manager has walked into my room already without knocking 8/5,
• People have gone to the bathroom on the stairs literally next to my room and there is a lot of homeless sleeping outside,
I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but I feel uncomfortable there,

The room was dirty and run down, the walls are thin. They say free breakfast, but it's only coffe and packaged pastries. We thought it would be better than Motel 6. Will never stay in either again.

Although a bit sketchy area with a few people walking around, my stay was okay. I wasn't looking for anything extravagant. Just a night of rest. Which I did get. The noise was very noticable outside and above you can definitely hear stomping. Again not too bad just noticeable. Now the towels which were plenty , weren't clean could have taken another spin or three in the washer. I am thankful I packed my own towels,rags and had my own body wash. I was able to rest which was my main goal for the night. Would I refer this place to anyone? Let's just say it wouldn't be the first place I would recommend, it would be somewhere between 4 or 5 th choice. Again it's not the worse place but it isn't tbe best.
