Staff was very nice. Bathroom was very outdated. Hard time using the shower. Toilet not working right. Carpeting around ac/heater unit all wet. Breakfast was so so. Not dairy free friendly.
Will never stay in one of these hotels again

The room epitomized unsafe and unsanitary. Would no way even consider taking a shower. We should not have even spent the night in the room considering bkack mold and the refrigerator spewing coolant or some sort of chemical smell that wammc I

We left before breakfast due to an early flight. The room was spacious. However, the hotel itself is older and dated. Stains on the couch, holes in the spare blanket for the couch bed, rest stains in the tub. Not what I expected for a La Quinta. Convince as far as near the airport. However I do believe I will stay elsewhere next time.

The room was filthy. The carpet had stains everywhere and there were stains in the bathtub. The room had an odd odor. Overall, it was pretty disgusting. I mentioned this to the attendant who asked me if the carpet matched the hallway carpet, which appeared to be fairly new. I described the carpet in the room; he then assigned me a new room that he said was better. I think it was worse. In the end, I canceled my reservation and requested a refund from *******. ******* should not advertise since hotels on its website. No one should stay in a place like that.

我根本没机会入住,他们不小心把房间订满了,而且服务态度非常差,根本不愿意退款给我。我是在预订10分钟后就联系他们的,他们简直太粗鲁、太不专业了,就是想骗我的钱然后把我赶走!
房间里弥漫着烟味(明明标榜是禁烟房),前台态度很好,给我们换了一间房。但房间里却弥漫着腐烂食物的味道,空调噪音大得像飞机要起飞一样。整个地方都很脏,房间糟糕透顶,插座开关都坏了,灯也坏了,水槽和马桶都生锈了。简直是糟糕透顶的酒店。这地方应该彻底拆掉重建。
