Room was not clean, dust everywhere cupboards were falling apart kitchen was not clean had months and months worth of dirt and grease or oil on floor ny fridge, i will refuse to go there again!!!! Im currently waiting for a refund as im typing this out i do have all the proof needed

Feet were black from the floors. Cigarette butts, glass and trash all over the stairs to the rooms. No sheets or linens for the pull out couch. When it was opened hair was in the bed

We stated here because the ac broke on our boat. When we vhecked in, there was no one at the desk and it took over 10 min of calling until someone finally came to the door to let us in. When we got to our room, it was extremely dirty. Our sheets gad black marks on them like someone with extremly dirty feet had slept in the bed. The pillow cases also had random black stains on them. The bathroom hadn't seen bleach in a very long time. The tub had dirty feet marks in it and was stained with brown. There was mold in the bathtub that sort of wiped off with a gloved finger. So it isnt completely embedded, someone just hasnt even tried to clean it. There was also dried shampoo on the walls in the tub and the bittle supplied had been used and has maybe 1/2 an ounce left. The shower head sprayed the wall from the pipe, none of the drains drained water at a decent rate. Just brushing teeth the sink filled with water and took hours to empty. Our door lock didnt lock so we had to rely on the top fold over latch thing for safety. The floor had random spills that werent cleaned up and walls had random filth. Fire alarms went off frequently at random hours.
When we woke up our first morning we found the sheet and blanket had some sort of dried spill on it. I called the front desk and the staff had me bring the sheets up to replace them. She was extremely helpful and apologetic.

办理入住时,大堂门前的停车场里有一个垃圾箱。有人把车停在附近,没有留出通往停车场的空间。这给人的第一印象不太好。为我办理入住手续的人肩上扛着背包,好像他准备下班了。整个办理入住过程中没有跟我说一句话。房间还不错,但是很暗。壁橱区域很暗。床旁边的一盏灯也烧坏了,使得房间更暗。门通向浴室,所以洗澡时需要关上门,导致浴室里很闷热。也许未来装修时可以采用谷仓门的概念。这是我住过的第一个能听到很多敲打声的房间。我住在楼梯附近,所以可能就是这样。还有,有一天晚上我想吃零食。走到有自动售货机的洗衣区。门被锁上了,我的钥匙卡打不开门。总而言之,这不是我最好的假期,房间也没有起到什么帮助。这是我第二次住在这个地方,而且我可能不会再住在这里了。
房间里有股难闻的烟味,我不得不换了另一个房间,但第二个房间仍然有烟味。如果您正在寻找一个干净、安静的住处,我认为这不适合您。
