Feet were black from the floors. Cigarette butts, glass and trash all over the stairs to the rooms. No sheets or linens for the pull out couch. When it was opened hair was in the bed

It wasn't bad just wasn't really pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom also was a bit frustrated that there was no microwave as I had only microwavable food with me and didn't really anticipate for them not to have a microwave cuz I've never really been to a place that didn't

Absolutely filthy and outdated. No kitchen supplies at all. No plates. Not cookware. No utensils. There were no towels or soap in the room either.
After viewing the room, we chose not to stay and the onsite manager provided a refund. She was kind and apologetic.
The property owner should be ashamed of themselves marketing this property as an “Extended Stay” to unsuspecting out of town guests.

I can start off by saying the paint on the door is horrible looks like a Texas chainsaw massacre door. But I tried to stay positive as I walked in the door I was greeted with a harsh hot smell of… that’s how bad it was I don’t even know how to describe it. The energy in the room felt like death. Dust and dirt every where. The floor was filthy af dirt stains all over the floor. I had to run to the dollar store to bleach everything down and it still felt dirty af but felt a whole lot better. The staff is nice people. I used all of the hotel towels just for the floor.

The staff are super nice and accommodating, the hotel isn't the best but I have stayed at much worse.
