Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and great for a one night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was that there's no elevator if you're on the second floor. Will stay again!

We were a late arrival, but texted the hotel and told them. They acknowledged our message and we checked in late without an issue. Check was fast & easy. Breakfast was good with lots of hot & cold items to choose from. It was also helpful that breakfast lasted until 10 a.m. for those of us who occasionally have a "late" morning. Staff was helpful - especially Cody who recommended local restaurants and got us clean towels when we asked.
Only downside is we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Not a big deal, but we had to carry our suitcases upstairs.

I had never heard of AmericInn before so I was Leary booking. I’m glad I took the chance. Hotel is spotless along with the rooms. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast wonderful. Location perfect. An added plus that you don’t get in many hotels is how soundproof the rooms are.

Friendly but tired hotel!
Cody at the front desk checked us in and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests.
The lobby is very nice, but the rest of the hotel is very old and needs to be renovated and updated.
The towels were in need of replacing, there was no wall thermostat, furnishings old, no USB outlets in the rooms, electrical issues (when using the treadmill a circuit blew, the treadmill stopped and I was in a dark fitness room), when using the waffle maker at breakfast it blew the circuit breaker again. It has only 2 floors, but there are no elevators for the 2nd floor, pool area and fitness room look worn down.
Staff were friendly, unfortunately the hotel needs to be updated.

Drove up and noticed the sidding on the building was a little older...so it made be slightly nervous. Walked in and the hotel was all new! SO NICE! Complementary cookies and water! Great Coffee bar! Staff was so welcoming and friendly! Coukdnt be more happy! Rooms were super clean and quiet! Great place! Will stay again!

Room smelled like smoke
Room smelled like smoke, we let them know as there is a 200 cleaning charge for smoking. We didn't move because there were lots of families with young kids running in the halls and at the pool and the room we had was quiet.
The pool was empty the second night (weeknight) we were there and nice. But too busy to use the other nights.
Close to downtown area with food and short 20-25 minute drive to national park south entrance.

Really great stay! Almost wish we were there longer. Staff was so nice. Beds comfortable. They had breakfast, pool/spa open late, laundry available, easy to interstate, very clean
