Hard mattress, not very user friendly shower the shower door was poorly placed in order to turn on the shower you had to be in the shower and get cold water all over you.

Pesty visitors in our room
Location great. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean however, I wasnt aware my husband and I would have to be sharing the room with roaches. Dried up roach remains in the sheets, baby roach crawling on the sheet, baby roach in the toilet bowl and around the bathroom sink. I spoke to front desk who stated they had the room recently sprayed and would follow up with another spray. I couldnt believe the hotel was still renting out the room with this pest issue.We flew cross country from California and this was a not so great experience.

I was shocked when I got to this hotel. It was ranked very high, but when I arrived it was not good. I seemed to be bothering the staff when I checked in. Then when I went to my building the smell of **** was overwhelming. When I went inside the smell continued. Then I got in a creeky elevator to my floor. The carpet was nasty and the hall floor creeked. I entered a room that had a tv that didn't work plugs that were painted over and light fixtures flopping loose on the wall. I only stayed 1 night of my 4 night reservation. I just checked out and left.

Everything was good. The grounds and the building need a little work, but I guess that will be fixed with the remodel. The room smelled a little of mildew though.

然而，128号房间没有纸巾、闹钟、衣架和吹风机。如果MainStay酒店标榜“宾至如归”，那这里可真是差远了！他们大概是为了环保吧，房间里的灯光暗到你根本没法看书或化妆。浴室用的是台上盆，用起来很不方便。只有一块香皂，还没地方放。刷牙没有塑料杯，却提供了玻璃杯。要是掉到瓷砖地上，那可就危险了！网站上宣传有免费早餐，但实际上根本没有。既然没有，就赶紧把这个信息从网站上撤下来吧！
