The lobby was nice enough, but the rooms were unkept and dirty bathroom and damaged walls. Every lamp shade in the room had holes and burned damage. One lamp would not even stand up straight. The ac/heat vents were full of debris and dirt. Disappointing, since it was well kept outside and convenient location.

Filthy room, musty smell, evidence of roaches on the bathroom floor, wall soiled, guest service, attempted offer several room and they were all unacceptable, guest services agree to the uncleanliness. I am constantly having problems with booking through this site. The standards has changed and the quality is poor and unappealing. I waste time and rest with the poor choices that is getting worse all the time.

Nolan at the front desk was wonderful. However, before arrival we asked if the hot tub was working & the pool. We were told yes. This was the main reason we booked this specific hotel. When we got there it was not operational & the pool water was being tested by a maintenance company. We asked for a refund I wee were denied.

The hotel was unsafe, and not very clean. Homeless individual was in the premises and the room had what appeared to be blood stains on the wall.
The place has a lot of potential, but management really needs to step it up and operate with a better sanitation protocol. I would not recommend this place for your stay. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

My wife’s vehicle was broken into, and the staff was less than willing to help and be cooperative with law-enforcement in their investigation. Numerous people we’ve talked to today on November 16. Have All told us that as a terrible part of town one star rating would never stay here again.

Front desk people were always on the phone and beyond unfriendly. The rooms were disgusting. There’s literally watermarks on the lamp the ceiling the floor had a huge black stain on it. Water was leaking from the tub. It smelled horrible. Walking up the stairs there was just mud and dirt. It was terribly unclean. I feel like the super eight across the street would’ve had rooms in better conditions.The breakfast was good.
