Staff were welcoming and so helpful. Our room was BEAUTIFUL! So comfortable and right in the heart of everything North Hills. Parked the car and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location if you like to explore new restaurants and bars. Seamless check in and out. The Valet service was incredibly convenient, nice and helpful. Free parking was a little too far considering how many things I had with me. Though this hotel is in a busy area; it’s still very peaceful and quiet. Will probably stay again.

I had to leave a few hours after arriving due to a family emergency so I didn’t stay the night. Unfortunately I’m out of $236.

My experience was great, I have no complaints! I always stay at Hyatt whenever I travel and it’s available in the area. I’m never disappointed. Hyatt Seaboard Station and Hyatt North Hills are my favorite two so far!

I truly loved the room; the space was just right. However, the bathroom door felt like it was designed for a giant, as it was incredibly heavy, making it difficult for my mom and me to open and close it. During our four-night stay, we unfortunately didn't have anyone come to clean our room, which was disappointing, especially since we had to rely on the tissues that were thankfully provided. The kitchenette area was definitely a bonus, so we would certainly consider staying at this hotel again as long as family continues to live in the area. As for breakfast, it wasn't particularly impressive; I wasn't fond of the food choices and wished there were more options available. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly. The parking situation was a bit of a surprise; I wish I had done more research beforehand. I didn't appreciate having to park so far away, but luckily we managed to find parking at Harris Teeter.

健身房很棒，泳池很漂亮，公共区域也很美，这真是一家设施很棒的酒店！他们还为客人提供了方便的洗衣设施。唯一美中不足的是，我希望房间里能提供一些瓶装水，而且我也希望能有每日开夜床服务，不过这可能是因为疫情的原因吧？除此之外，一切都很完美。
房间满足了我们的需求。我们出去吃饭，打包食物回来，结果因为没人来修房间的冰箱，冰箱里只有温热的，一点都不冷，最后都浪费掉了。
