Stopped for one night. Travelling with family, 3 under 4. Everything seemed clean. No smells. The hotel was obviously old and falling apart. The shower and walls were cracking and the tub was OLD. It was inexpensive and fine for one night, but I probably would have paid the extra $20 to stay at the Hampton Inn instead.

Room was clean. Carpet, curtains and bedding looked updated. Bathrooms not updated yet. Liked the sink outside shower area. Breakfast is very carb heavy-biscuits/gravy, bagels, pastries and cereal. I eat gluten free so no offerings. We went to breakfast at 8am and most picked over. No sign of staff refilling.

We selected this hotel because it was near the intersection of I-75 and I-64. Rates were very reasonable.
This was our first time at Guest House Lexington. It is obvious that the Guest House was a renovation and was comfortable and generally clean with pleasant design in the room, entry, and hallways areas. Warm breakfast was plentiful and kept up. We did miss one of those waffle machines. Registration desk personnel were friendly and helpful both when arriving and leaving. We would stay here again when traveling through Lexington.
The TV was the easiest to use that we experienced during this trip.

Toilet was dirty mirrors were not clean we booked this property because it had an indoor swimming pool It was closed the included breakfast was not very good Orange juice and apple juice were extremely watered down sausage patties were not great had to hook up TV to the satellite dish and go to the front desk to get a different remote to switch the TV to HDMI 1 overall I would stay somewhere else

very clean and friendly staff. wish the breakfast had more variety and was kept stocked. there was a rush on breakfast 6:30-8am and most everything was gone. came back around 9am and was able to eat

No weird hotel smells, nice property, bed was very uncomfortable so much so that I had to get "cupped" the next day but it was just one night so I made do. I might stay here again if I had to but for the beds it wouldnt be my first choice. Breakfast was good, parking is close, there was a pool but said it was out of service for maintenance

我的门栓坏了，防盗链锁也断了。因为入住太晚，直到第二天早上才发现门从外面被损坏了，甚至能看到里面的机械结构。冰箱门因为结冰太严重几乎关不上。窗帘上都是洞，透光，这第一印象真是不太好。
房间很脏，有霉味。这是否是下一个选择值得怀疑。
需要很大的改进。
参考一下日本的商务酒店是个好主意。
