Flooring needs attention, coffee maker cups, and fixings were provided, but no lids for the cups, which makes a mess inevitable. My travel plans made me forgo the breakfast option as I had to leave early, but I remember from history there’s not much of a breakfast offered more continental style.

There is no elevator in this hotel! There were no first floor accommodations when we arrived. Although in my request when booking, I asked to be near an elevator so common sense would’ve told you if there’s not an elevator, they should’ve reached out to me as we had handicap members in our party. So we had to lug all of our luggage up two flights of stairs and then the following day, they were able to move us downstairs so we had to pack up everything and move downstairs. And when we got to the rooms downstairs, the air conditions were so noisy and where the planks of LVP come together in the floor, we’re coming up. It hurt your feet to walk on. The carpet and the hallways was filthy and the lighting is very dim would not stay there again.

Room size was great. Shower looked nice but no water pressure. Property was very convenient to get to places in Lexington. Beds were not comfy and the living room furniture was rock hard. Staff were friendly.

Generally unclean and smelly. Hallways are dark and noisy. The breakfast is edible, for the most part. Cracker Barrel next door is convenient.

Overall good. Would be nice if breakfast was served until 10 AM. Room didn't have hair dryer so staff had to take one from another room. Aside from that, the stay was good.

Floors dirty and broken. AC is extremely loud. Parking lot full of holes. Racks falling off wall. Hair in bathroom. Noisy at night.

We booked this hotel for a family funeral, flying in late confirmed they had a shuttle. Per website they had an airport shuttle. We called the day before our travel and they said it ran every
