The A/C in the room was frozen over and leaking, never worked properly. Everything was very outdated and old. Back door broke to enter from the back parking lot. Chose because of location but will not stay there again.

Is was great. But when I checked in it smelled like cigarettes. And thought it would smell like that in the room. Thankfully not. Other than that it was great.

Housekeeping never came by to throw trash away or change towels. The whole hotel smelled like smoke even though it’s suppose to be non smoking.

We moved here from the Days Inn, and the extended stay was overbooked, and called us asking if we were okay with moving to their sister hotel La Quinta, and we said sure! The front desk staff were so kind and if we go back to Kentucky we will book there again

We received a phone call a few hours before check-in informing us that the hotel was overbooked. They had planned to put us in another hotel in the other side of town which was not acceptable. Thankfully in the end they were able to find room for us.

Great stay!
We had a great stay here, the staff was very friendly, never had any issues about anything during our stay. Rooms are bug free, pet yard was nice and big. Beds are comfy. Probably one of my favorite hotels in the lexington area. The hotel gives family oriented vibes!

Absolutely coming back
Excellent stay with exceptional staff, we can't wait to go back and will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends! Check in and check out was super easy, the property was clean and cute, and the room was very comfortable
虽然我非常不想留下这么糟糕的评论，但我不得不写。我刚走到通往大厅的楼梯底部，就闻到一股体臭和****的味道！！然后当我走进房间时，我打开冰箱，发现它还没有被清理过。里面有好几样东西，包括牛奶、咖啡奶精、番茄酱、鸡蛋和黄油。然后我去了浴室，看到淋浴间里有一把脏剃须刀，淋浴间底部有很多头发。很明显，这个房间还没有打扫过！！唯一看起来干净的是床单。甚至地板上都有脏东西。我对这家酒店非常失望，再也不会住在这里了。
浴缸里到处都是肥皂泡沫。楼上的人一直吵到凌晨3点。我一夜没睡，厨房里没有做饭的东西，连个玻璃杯都没有，微波炉也很脏。
