My husband and I arrived early in hopes to check in early and the male at the counter not sure his name but it was Saturday morning at 11 am and he was so very rude! Instead of trying to accommodate us he told us there’s NO WAY you can check in early NOT ONE person has checked out yet ( hard to believe that not one person has checked out at CHECK OUT TIME) then he told us we would have to wait until WAY AFTER 3 to check in!! You would think he would have accommodated us and you would think he would’ve told us as soon as someone checks out we will get a room clean to accommodate you… especially because the room was 150$!!! So we CANCELED AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GOT TO XHECK IN AT 11 AM!! I will NEVER try to stay here ever again because of this guy!!

Nothing says welcome to San Antonio like getting your vehicle broke in, the first night you arrive. Needless to say, now I don't want to go outside and we paid for a week in advance. You'd think parking near the entrance, with 24 hour staff would be enough! I won't be extending my stay any longer, that is for sure.
