Rooms are horrible. Doesn’t look like pictures pictured on site. My room only had one pillow per bed and had no pillow case or protector. Sheets were stained. No TV at all. No phones. No clocks. The toilet when flushed wanted to over flow. I didn’t even use the shower. It looked disgusting. The beds didn’t have skirts so the box springs showed and were stained bad. Spilled spots all over the floor. Floors were definitely not mopped. Water stains under sinks. Doors didn’t have a second lock to lock the door correctly. Windows have a hole in the glass and someone could easily unlock the window. Ac were disgusting and had stains. Roach pelts were in the drawers. The over night emergency number lady was rude. I got locked out of my room at 6am and no one was in office to remake key. Sign said back at 7am and had emergency number to call. I called and no answer. Waited until 7am and no one showed up. Called again and she was very rude and huffed that she they didn’t open until 8. I was locked out of my room, had to get myself and leave for work. She was upset that she had to come down and reset my key. After she reset my key, it still didn’t work and she was mad that she had to go up and unlock my door. As someone who works in hospitality , this place is unacceptable. Very rude. Not cleaned. Don’t stay here. Place doesn’t feel safe at all. Will definitely be calling corporate.

Disgusting and smelly. Terrible customer service. The parking lot is full of trash. The rooms are unsafe; the doors look like they can be easily broken into. Rooms are smelly, no toilet paper. The sheets stick. My daughter found a cigarrete's hole in their sheets. I stayed in teh room for 10 minutes before I decided that I could not expose my family to this nasty place.

Where to begin….First off, the key card gave me trouble The bedside lamps wouldn’t turn on and one didn’t have a shade. In fact I think the only plug in the whole room must have been behind the dresser for the tv. I charged my phone in the bathroom. There were 2 refrigerators but neither worked… probably cause there was no plug. I had no soap to wash my hands. I had to use my body wash. The curtains were all scrunched up over the a/c unit… not sure why. The bathroom door couldn’t close cause the bed was in the way. The toilet ran all night and had that rust ring in it. There was no kind of breakfast( which is ok just don’t advertise there is), the pool was drained and in disrepair, there was trash on the ground and I killed several bugs! I did NOT read the reviews beforehand! Lesson learned! Please don’t stay here!

The staff is outrageously unbelievably phenomenal especially Jose I don't want to down anyone else jaylene also you go but the two that I have had the most contact with Maria housekeeping Jose and jaylene and I don't want to give him anything to clash over but Jose is number one jaylene is number two Maria's number three and so on :-)

Despite what it looks like on the outside, the service and the attention is top tier. New management is working hard to make the place succeed. Sheets were good, water was hot, good night sleep. Give this place a chance. I will definitely come back again on my next visit. Definitely leave a happy guy.

The place is very clearly under remodeling and is making improvements. Looking forward to see how it ends up. Definitely ask for a remodeled room when you go. The difference between an old room and a new rooms night and day. Definitely would not want to stay on one of the old ones.

I don't recommend this hotel to no one hotel room super dirty the first room I got no ac, no TV, room smelled really bad I had to go and complain they change it to another room and cleanness was not good and I was having key card problems and I couldn't sleep well at night their's alot of homeless people outside in the parking area didn't feel safe I will never go again to this location
