When I checked in I was placed on the 3rd floor, so I asked which way is the elevator? He said, oh it's broke, needless to say I was VERY unhappy. I had to carry multiple bags and items up 3 flights of stairs and I am 60 yrs old. If it doesn't work, it needs to be put on their website. It was down for the entire week that I was there and I doubt that's it's been fixed. I am still pissed when think about it!!

The man at the front desk was beyond rude. I had until noon to post for another night. He called me at 1150 stating i needed to leave or he was calling the police. He was a grade a a$$hole.

The entire hotel felt dark and somewhat unsafe. There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property, and upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong odor of urine. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Whole hotel reeked of ****, and had a dirty feel to the air. Outlets were pulled out of the walls in the room. Walls looked like they had things thrown at them because the drywall was damaged in multiple places. The sink and vanity were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock, the room felt damp, and the breakfast was dismal at best. We booked the room for 10 days as a fall back in case our house wasn't finished by the date we had to be out of our current place. We only ended up needing the room for one night, and the staff and manager were extremely rude, refused to check us out, regardless of the change in our living situation. Not to mention the theft of $600 for them refusing to refund the 9 unused days. This is absolutely ridiculous, and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend them at all.

They're not very respectable they talk to you like you're not spending your money with them they're very rude some of the staff I definitely would not recommend this to anyone
