They're not very respectable they talk to you like you're not spending your money with them they're very rude some of the staff I definitely would not recommend this to anyone

The hotel is simply terrible . The property is ran down. It smells awful, extremely outdated and the drawers are missing a drawer. We asked to have our room switched and the next room wasn't any better. Though the rooms were the cheapest in the area, we checked out to go somewhere else for a better experience.

Don't Do It!!!
I was told they didn't have a room for me at the hotel that I booked but could stay across the street at their sister property "Suburban Studios". It ******!!! The bathtub was filthy, there was some brown crap (literally) on the wall above the toilet. The room was as stark, hollow and sad as you could ever dare dream. It smells in the halls as soon as you walk in. I would rather atay in a prison cell.

Generally good value for pet-friendly stay
Spacious, pet-friendly suites. While breakfast options are limited and the rooms could use a refresh, the team members are helpful and the location is easy to find. Even with dogs in nearby rooms, the hotel was quiet.

Sheets smelled faintly like smoke (?), and woke up at 5am with my eyes puffy and itching. There was dust next to the bedside stands, in the corners,on the headboard, on top of the fridge, etc. Stains on the carpet, dirt on wall of closet and in kitchen area. 2 desk type chairs were dirty as well as next to the toilet, in the tub, I can provide pics if needed. This is not only unacceptable but it’s extremely unhealthy.

Dumpy hotel
Hotel is old and rundown. Definitely needs a makeover. Took me 15 minutes to get someone to the front desk to check me in. The light barely works in the bathroom. Can’t shut the door to be able to take a shower had to unplug the refrigerator because it kept running and making loud noises.

Be Aware
Without a doubt, this was the most unclean hotel room I've ever seen. Stains on the carpet, the wall by the heater, and all over one of the business chairs.
I spent the first 10 minutes cleaning every surface with Clorox wipes. I have stayed in Extended Stays numerous times in the Cleveland area. All have been clean and comfortable.
Other than sleeping (bed was fine), I kept my shoes on the entire time. The next morning, I left as soon as I could. Breakfast was coffee and a handful of granola bars.
The front desk area was also unclean. It would not have taken much effort to simply spray down the check in area and wipe down the touch pad. The only reason I didn't walk out the door on sight that night was because it was too late.
