The room wasn’t clean i immediately had room service come to clean the bathroom which still wasn’t cleaned well enough, i literally had to go to the local Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself it was horrible… the bedding was also dirty which the room service had to replace and the new bedding had burn marks in the blanket smh

Doesn’t feel clean and seems to be rundown. Jet tub option is great. But the tubs are in such bad condition, you don’t even want to stand in them.

Staff was helpful and even switched my room just because I didn't like the way that part of the building smelled.

Jacuzzi tub had a dirt ring around it with eye lashes from the previous occupants. Other then that the stay was fine

Things are very run down- elevator is filthy no soap in the bathroom container - overall I chose this property because of the good reviews- I would not choose it again

Cheap, but not clean
The room was not clean upon arrival. No body wash was provided. Cleaning didn’t happen Saturday after we left for the day. The whole place smelled of ****. They were showing pornographic content on the tv during breakfast. The toilet leaked from the bottom, which was an issue before with all the caulk they used to try to seal it. Only positive was that he front desk staff was friendly.

Floor filthy. Jetted tub extremely stained. Noisy from room above until midnight or later. Poop in the hallway. Dope odor from next room and lingering in our room. We were moved to a different room upon request. People smoking dope on the parking lot at 7 a.m.

Our room was dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been actually cleaned in months. Our towels wee're cheap and acratchy and looked stained/dirty. The halls were dirty and getting to our room was like a maze.
