The rooms were dirty and smelly. The AC/heat unit gives off a burning snelly odor. We ended up having to leave and rebooked our stay at another hotel the next day, even though I pre-paid for three nights via ******* with no refund.

I couldn’t get the tv to work. The guy from the desk got it to “work” but told me that if I went to check the guide, I would have the same problem with it again.
The phone didn’t work, internally or externally. Man from front desk said someone had probably unplugged it. Nothing was done about it and I didn’t feel like moving the bed to see if it was unplugged. Also, the phone was so dirty, it had dust embedded under the little, clear plastic covers on top of the buttons.
The walls of the shower stall were coated with soap scum. It was difficult to avoid touching them, because it was just a small shower stall, not a tub and shower. There was no hair dryer and when I asked the front desk for one, they told me they didn’t have hair dryers. The fan in the bathroom came on with the light, and was extremely loud.
The worst feature of the hotel was the location of the lobby. It was tucked into the inside corner of the L shaped building, with very little lighting. The only reason I guessed that it might be the main entrance was that there were some sketchy looking men hanging around the door. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel comfortable walking through them, so I drove around the building looking for another entrance. If I hadn’t paid for the room in advance, I would have left and gone to a different hotel. Fortunately, when I completed my drive around the building, the men were gone. As I drove closer to the doorway, I could finally see the word “Lobby” over the door.
