The bathroom smelled like paint, fridge and freezer smelled gross. Microwave smelled like ammonia. Key card didn’t work a couple times, but the staff was friendly!

Booked at the wrong time
I didn't find out until I checked in on Friday night that the hotel was remodeling. I woke up Saturday morning to loud walking, dragging, and slamming. The floor in my room was slippery and damp, but nothing spilled on it, so I don't understand what was causing it. The nicest thing was that the receptionist was very friendly.

The microwave and the phone did not work Nobody will come up and fix my microwave and there are no other roof so I cannot make my child dinner.

It wasn’t horrible it was clean but when arriving it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in after calling. Then the room they put us in the heater didn’t work

We booked a room that looked nothing like the photo. It was dingy and smelly and did not feel safe. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled like an ash tray. We went to the room, turned around and walked out. Trying to get our money back from *******, but no one is responding to me.

蟑螂横行,厨房设施匮乏
我们因为蟑螂问题,提前离开了几条街外的一家Extended Stay酒店。由于孩子有饮食限制,需要使用厨房,我们又在另一家Extended Stay酒店预订了房间,就是为了使用厨房。当我们去前台询问厨房设施时,却被告知他们什么都没有——没有餐具、刀叉、锅碗瓢盆——总之,没有任何可以用来做饭或吃饭的东西。我们选择这家酒店就是为了使用厨房。我已经打了7次电话要求退款,但没有人愿意解决这个问题。酒店管理层辜负了顾客的信任。
