Weve stayed at LaQintas all over the country, including this particular one in the past. This hotel has gotten progressively worse. The exterior and parking area are litter filled and the front building is deteriorating with plaster and landscape in horrible condition.
Stark front desk area poster ganging crooked empty snack shelves.
And our room was probably the worst part. The bathroom was visibly dirty on walls (like maybe poop) shower curtain torn and shower rod broken barely hanging on to wall. One piece of tissue in box (for show?) No toilet roll holder. Broken non-working blow dryer.
Our mini fridge door could not close. Cabnets missing whole chunks of laminate. Entrance way area walls filthy with apparent hole patches.
Carpet around bed was not vacumed.

The room was dirty, there were sticky stuff all over the headboard and the bed skirt had what looked like blood stains not to mention the sofa and carpet had stains.

I walk in the carpet was not vacuum bottle tops on the floor the hall light was blown I found Cheetos in the window steel, I just don't recommend until the housekeepers that clean glad i brought bleach and Lysol

This place is pretty run down. The beds are nice but the bathroom is sketchy at best. TP holder broken off, mildew around the shower walls, paint chilling off here and there.. etc. I have been in Motel 6s that were better. For $165/ night this was not good.

Guest rooms unclean, dirty linens, tubs not working properly, smells of cat urine, dirty appliances, amenities out of order

I got a king delux w/ hot tube and they took out the switch for the hot tube and A/C. The floor was wet and dirty. There was a under wear in the drawer.
