My son got ate up by bed bugs we filed a claim still waiting for out come and when we tried to move rooms they said they didn’t have anymore

Fees for clean towels and cookware???
The room itself was fine but NEVER in my life have I booked an extended stay that sold the cookware that should come with the booking.
In addition, i booked for a week and when I asked for clean towrls, I was told there's a charge for that, too
