The location of this property was great. We came over a holiday so I anticipate we would have had a different experience at a different time-Breakfast was very limited and not stocked with over 30 minutes left; space was not cleaned. Airport shuttle was not available despite reserving it the night prior with the excellent night attendant. The AM attendant was falling asleep behind the counter. He was able to get us a free uber but communication on the arrival and between attendants was lacking.

Bed bugs. Manager looked at sheets and also found ants. Nothing else done about issues. The maid was very friendly.

The hotel is okay as an airport hotel where you stay for few hours, otherwise, it's not desirable. The rooms are dark, carpets are stained, bathtubs are not clean. We needed to use the shuttle to go to the airport but when we went to book it on the evening before, we were told that it was already fully booked.
The pool looked good but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was great!

I choose this hotel because it’s close to the children’s hospital and that was our trip for, to visit my niece at the hospital. Room was ok. Staff were not kind or friendly, they looked annoyed. There was a lot noise all around our room 101. Our truck was stolen on first night we stayed there and staff didn’t help on anything. We received a call from manager on our way back, they told whey will refund what we paid for our stay because they noticed our truck was stolen.

They wouldn’t let him check in because he’s only 20. We want a refund. He got stranded in Dallas because his connection was canceled.
Just awful to do that. He’s 20, a college student trying to get back to college. I will dispute charges on his credit card.

I could talk to them via text which was super nice. I text to remind them we would be a late arrival (like 12:30am) and they had a room for us (it was not cancelled). The staff was friendly and the room was fine for one night, near the airport. A bit dated but we didn't pick it as a luxury hotel but one of convenience, to catch some rest before driving to Waco, TX.

room was clean but the entire stay our room had a pretty gross smell of BO, and the front service desk lady wasn’t the nicest. other than that our stay was good, you get what you pay for!
