We checked into our room and was already disappointed. The building did not look like it did in the pictures… we thought we would check in and at least see the room before making our decision to not stay. After seeing the room, it smelt like smoke, curtains wouldn’t close, door was so banged up it wouldn’t close all the way. There were also some unsettling people lingering around the outside of our room. After returning to the front to tell him our concerns, the gentleman said he could not help us or refund us without the managers approval. We weren’t happy. We were told after we booked the room even though the entire facility didn’t not match a single photo they have on their website. We left without a refund and will be returning only to get our money back from the manager.

The check-in process went well and the staff was very hospitable! The water pressure for the shower was VERY weak though.

Everything was amazing. Can do better with the little soap given in the room. It doesn't smell or anything lol..but service at front desk is very good.

This property give the quality of the Days Inn by Windham reputation a bad mark. This property should be demolished. When these properties are individually owned the quality goes down.

They had me purchase another stay after messing up the date and told
Me I would get refunded and they never refunded me

Yes, I must say I was surprised.! The hotel we enjoyed 😊 our stay very much and will be back. It was quiet, the rooms were CLEAN, the Staff was very friendly and kept up with the rooms on regular basis. Thank you for your service.

The room did not match the pictures at all. Tub was filthy, some gross spider thing by the toilet, and the door would close all the way. We did not stay.
The guy at the check in desk was very nice and understanding. He offered to put us in another room, but we were not comfortable.to stay at all. He was understanding and very cordial.

Unfortunately, spiders can make their way into our rooms, and we do our best to keep them away but sometimes we do miss one. The door is warped at the bottom, but it still closes and locks securely.

I didn't appreciate the maid. Try to walk in my up. Room and the room was not cleaned, old. Sheets and just too towels

Worst Hotel
This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. It was very old, nothing like the pictures. The bathtub was dirty, the sheets on the beds were stained and looked dirty.
We slept on top of them and still felt like it was dirty. The bed sounded like a steel drum every time you moved. And it was hard as steel too. The toilets were stained. The parking lot was horrible, 2 cars in it had flat tires and one was covered with a tarp.
We had just taken a short trip, and we booked it while on the road so we couldn't get a refund so decided to just suck it up. Do not stay at this hotel if you want a good night's rest and to feel clean because you will get neither.
