This hotel is in very poor condition, with noticeable signs of neglect and a lack of cleanliness throughout the property. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming which made te overall experience less pleasant. The parking is extremely tight and overpriced. Water at the swimmingpoll was cal. I wolud not recommended staying here. There are much better options in the area that offer more value for the same or even lower prices.

The hotel room and the breakfast was fabulous! But in the evening, we took the decision to try the specialty restaurant. Initially we were very excited but after few times that the waiter, very smart and focused on sales, came and told us that he has only 400 grame of the antricot that we intend to order….. we accepted. The menu that we got was horrible and rubber…. By the end, 2 persons we paid for 2 steaks and a bottle of a local wine, 180 Euro….. unbelievable the way they try to profit from the foreigners…. We were very disappointed. We will never recommend the specialty restaurant from this resort. Is a shame for this resort that they are trying their best to have customer service and satisfaction. But this restaurant is a shame for them.

The place is ok if You get a number not into the street, average service, rooms so so, and the restaurant is off-topic- they describe themselves as a "premium" restaurant, but offers tasteless carbonates at mass 0.5 kg. Brrrr.... Quantity, not quality.

疫情对酒店业造成了影响,自我们上次度假以来,情况并没有太大改变。好的一方面是,走廊和餐厅都铺上了新的地毯。酒店内的停车场虽然价格略高,但省去了在街上找车位的麻烦,而且每个车位都有专属号码。食物本身(半膳)还算可以,但很快就会变得单调乏味,而且看得出来他们因为疫情不得不削减成本(每天都供应千篇一律的甜点奶油)。室内泳池略显老旧,一些小块的瓷砖破损就是明证,不过水温倒是没偷工减料。房间里的空调、小冰箱和电视都能正常使用。海滩上的网络连接比房间里好。总而言之:尽管食物质量逐年下降,但在波兰波罗的海沿岸度假仍然值得一试(而且出入都很顺畅)。
我们应该给满分——而且理应如此!性价比无与伦比。房间非常宽敞,而且整体清洁度极佳。员工(即使在疫情期间)也始终热情友好。桑拿房和游泳池维护良好,安全措施到位,而且领取毛巾也很方便(任何抱怨的人肯定没来过!)。自助餐组织得井井有条,这要归功于众多工作人员——绝对一流。停车费确实有点高,但同时也保障了员工的就业(试试在柏林或慕尼黑的酒店停车……)。任何抱怨的人都只是希望物有所值而已……
