My room was filled with someone else hair all over the bathroom sink. The bathroom light didn't work. The floor was sticky and the covers were dirty.

I have stay at this location and no issues. This stay was disappointing in a few ways.
No shower curtain
Bugs crawling around in the bathroom
TV stuck on one channel
Hair dryer works but is unsafe
Beds were comfortable
Water pressure fantastic
Rep at check in was friendly

Worst hotel ever!
The condition of the hotel was very poor. The strong stench of cigarettes was everywhere. The parking lot did not seem like a safe place to park a nice car.

The hotel has nothing but drug activity all night, and this family had to call the police to just feel safe to get to their car to leave. Not a good hotel at all

The photos on the website are not what you actually see at the location. It shows an outdoor pool that is nice and clean. Get there, the pool is locked up, closed. Not only was it closed, it's run down with cracks in it. So dissappointing and misleading. We only had two towels and two wash clothes, but 3 people in the room. Next day, they took the dirty towels, but didn't replace them. Not such a good part of the area either.

My friend and I were disguised not neat sheets , pillowcases dirty everything towels, floors, dust desk no goods for us. 🙁🙁

This hotel was in a sketchy area. We didn’t feel safe staying, so we lost our money and went to another hotel. The pictures weren’t accurate. We were expecting much nicer and in a nicer area. It was away from everything, way out from the city and the other points of interest and tourist businesses.

Dirty and smelly had to check in through a bulletproof glass window
